Complete list of prohibited items and compliance requirements to ensure legal operation and maintain platform integrity in accordance with federal regulations.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Any attempt to manufacture, request, or facilitate the creation of restricted items will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. No warnings or second chances.

The following items are permanently banned from our platform due to federal regulations and safety requirements.

ECCN/USML Self-Classification
All uploads require Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) or U.S. Munitions List (USML) self-classification with automatic hash verification against known restricted CAD files.
Geographic & U.S. Person Verification
Geo-IP restrictions and U.S. person verification required for any dual-use technology files to comply with export administration regulations.
Escrow & Insurance Requirements
Stripe-style escrow system with mandatory $1M seller liability insurance coverage before any fabrication or shipment occurs.
Five-Year Record Retention
Complete retention of print telemetry, quality assurance imagery, and transaction records for five years to mirror ITAR/EAR record-keeping requirements.
Immediate Enforcement
Instant takedown and permanent account termination on first policy violation. No warnings, appeals, or "three strikes" policy.
Legal Notice & Reporting
Violations will be reported to appropriate federal agencies including:
- Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
- Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC)
- Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
- Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
- Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)
Attempting to circumvent these restrictions may result in criminal prosecution, civil penalties up to $1.4 million per violation, and imprisonment up to 20 years.
